Hi, I’m Christina Taylor
I’ve always been fuelled by curiosity and a deep love of learning.
Growing up in my family’s restaurant, I learned early on that success starts with people - when they feel supported, valued, and part of something bigger, everything else falls into place.
In corporate life, I was lucky to work in environments that truly valued growth and development. But I also saw how quickly that focus can fade. Too often, strategies stall, priorities shift, and people lose the space to thrive.
That’s why I started Learn to Grow: to partner with leaders, unlock the potential in their teams, and create organisations where growth isn’t just a strategy - it comes alive every day.
My experience
I founded Learn to Grow in 2018 and previously spent 16 years working for Mars, Incorporated in a range of roles.
I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), hold an Advanced Award in Organisation Development and Design (Level 7), am a Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI®), and certified FIRO_B Practitioner. I’m also an accredited TPC Mentor for Start-up Founders.
A Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and a member of the Institute of Directors.
