The Client:   

A global provider in consumer packaging, industrial products and packaging supply chain services. 

The Brief:

 

Support the organisation in moving towards a learning organisation. Reset expectations about different roles & responsibilities across the organisation in line with business strategic objectives. Build Line Manager capability in talent development & performance management. Gain clarity of talent pipeline and put individualised development plans in place. 

The Work & Results:

  • Carried out team specific diagnostic to understand key challenges and key skills gaps.

  • Worked with leaders to reset role expectations, connect team & individual goals to organizational strategy & defined core skills needed for the future success of the business. 

  • Developed & deployed functional competency frameworks for a number of different functions as part of a co-creation exercise with the teams.   

  • Upskilled managers assessing skills, holding development conversations & building individual development plans. 

  • Carried out Talent Reviews for high potential talent as input to the corporate talent pipeline reviews.

The Client:   

The world's leading manufacturer of chocolate, chewing gum, mints and fruity confections. . 

The Brief:

 

Support a change management effort that results in the procurement team partnering with other functions (e.g. Marketing, R&D, Supply, etc) to deliver supplier enabled growth strategies. Enable a change in the way in which procurement partners with suppliers on innovation, sustainability and cost leadership efforts. 

The Work & Results:

  • Built a communication plan for internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Designed & executed a Supplier Summit with 250 participants as program launch event with emphasis on cross-company collaboration & dialogue, incl. business challenge sessions. 

  • Achieved significant increase across all KPIs as a result of the Supplier Summit. 

  • Developed a recommendation for the change roadmap to further build capability across the organisation & maintain momentum for the supplier enabled growth program.

Achievement Strategy Business Discussion

The Client:   

A leading global travel organisation headquartered in Spain, the worlds' leading bedbank.

The Brief:

 

Build a business case for the development of a corporate university that includes leadership and functional development initiatives that were dispersed across different departments at the time. 

The Work & Results:

  • Completed a full assessment of the internal L&D landscape, across functions 

  • Facilitated  a series of workshops for the HR community &functional leaders to share industry best practices, evaluate and explore different corporate university operating models & build consensus about the long-term vision. 

  • Partnered closely with the Learning Technologies team to define the right level of technology enablement. 

  • Developed a full business case incl. phased roll-out approach, funding requirements and return on investment calculations for submission to the CEO.

Conference Design & Execution

The Client:   

The LEAD Network, a non-profit organisation with the aim to drive diversity & inclusion in the consumer goods and retail sector in Europe. 

The Brief:

 

Design the content and build a programme for the LEAD Network Annual Conference in 2018, 2019 and 2020 that inspires our members, provides networking opportunities and creates a platform where organisations can share best practices in D&I.

The Work & Results:

  • Developed the full program agenda for the events; sourced speakers and ensured objectives were met.  

  • Designed sessions to support career development, help engage more men & enabled best practice sharing.

  • A year on year increase in the number of participants from 410 in 2018 to 630 in 2019 &aiming for 1000 in 2020.

  • Increased the overall satisfaction score & value of networking perceived by members year on year.

  • For 2020, the conference took place as a fully virtual event over 3 days. Designed the concept, formats, agenda and ways to drive both networking and interactivity virtually. Achieved feedback results on par with previous years even in virtual only environment.
